My work around was to cook them in a cast iron then before flipping, I popped the entire cast iron in the oven under low broil for a few minutes. That allowed me to flip them without it turning to mush. I love MNR but I won’t be making these again.

So happy you enjoyed them! Totally depends on thickness of batter, size of pancake, and heat. Look for signs to flip like bubbles on the top, dried edges, etc. They should sizzle a little when they hit the pan!

Do you know how long you cook them on each side as a guideline? I put them on 275 on an electric fry pan and put them in the oven when they were done.
They taste delicious.
