What a sweet memory to spark, nothing beats a house filled with the smell of homemade baking. I’m so glad this could remind you of that, hank you for sharing <3

I remember my grandmother baking banana bread when I was a kid. The whole house would be filled with the aroma, and we’d eagerly wait for it to come out of the oven. Cozy is the perfect word to describe those moments. I’ve carried on the tradition of baking banana bread, and it’s a reminder of the simple joys in life.

There’s something incredibly comforting about the smell of banana bread baking in the oven on a rainy day. It’s like a hug for the soul. I can almost taste the warm, moist slices just reading this. Thank you for capturing that feeling so beautifully!

Today I used Bob Red Mills Gluten Free AP flour and baked for 55 minutes. Let it cool for an hour and a half before slicing (so hard!). Turned out perfect!!

Did you use a whole cup of nutmeal? My children don’t like whole nuts in the bread either?
