It was my first time making pasta. Just used a rolling pin and pizza cutter instead of a pasta maker -not ideal but definitely doable for now. Thank you, Sarah!! Had to give up gluten/wheat recently, so I’m sooooo happy to have a good old comfort food back on my plate <3

Next time I’ll try cooking them only for one minute. They were honestly delicious, I couldn’t taste the flax or the chickpeas, they pretty much just tasted like regular pasta !
