My family and I enjoy having broccoli in our refrigerator all the time. We love to use it as an ingredient in soups, salads, and even side dishes. My family has been making soup for years. This soup is so creamy and flavorful thanks to the cashews. I love the combination of broccoli and cashews creates a delicious, nutty flavor that is hard to beat. I also like to serve it with freshly baked bread on the side.

This is a great soup recipe! I tried it the other day and it turned out so delicious! Great for a warm cosy winter evening! I used cashew nuts and nutritional yeast from the brand Sattvic Foods. Their premium-sized cashew nuts give the best flavour and the nutritional yeast makes me forget about dairy cheese! Just the best combo for a hearty soup! Definitely check them out! Also, can I use pink salt instead of sea salt? Thankx.
