Came out very dry, inedible. I forced myself (and a guest!) to eat them as I hate wasting food, and had a whole bunch leftover.
I ended up making a lot more of tahini sauce and SOAKED these in the sauce before eating so I could swallow them. These were a fail.

Tried with my own falafle recipe which is a bit different from yours-mainly no added flour or water just the traditional falafle recipe i use when i fry them up as balls. It turned out great! Held together and didn’t dry out. Thanks for the fab idea!
