I love your website! last weekend was my birthday and made 2 cakes from your blog: this one and the raw cashew dreamcake. I was impressed of how easy they are to prepare and how enormously delicious! So were my family and colleagues. Thanks for sharing these recipes with us 🙂

I hope I can be such an inspiration for others with my blog (it is in Dutch) like you are with yours. I love you phillosophy and your food!

Best wishes, Susan

Other than soaking time it only took a few minutes. Very satisfying. I find your recipes easy to follow and to substitute. I added, hazelnuts as I was out of pecans. My dates were a tad dry (before soaking) the last of a large container and they ended up, once puréed, at a very thick jam like consistency. Perfect snack, thank you for this site and for your giving nature to share what you know and experience with us all.
