In reply to Anna. Hi Anna! It could definitely be the dates, I would give a go with those instead of the prunes if you can and scale back the water a tad. The frozen strawberries shouldn't make too much of a difference. I hope that helps!

Hm, I tried this today and it kind of tasted… bland. And idea what I did wrong? Too much water? I used frozen strawberries because it is all zu had, and prunes instead of dates … any troubleshooting ideas welcome! Thanks 🙂

This is THE BEST smoothie. Ever. I get excited about Ontario strawberry season just so I can make this. Perfect balance of flavours. In my opinion, the lemon juice is not optional, it’s a must!
