I just made the version of this recipe from your cookbook and the dough was super crumbly. I managed to get the ‘logs’ to stick together (barely) but it felt like there maybe needed to be more liquid? I only used the 1T of coconut oil that was called for in the cookbook recipe. But the logs didn’t rise at all. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks! I am a super loyal fan and always love your recipes — this is the first time I’ve ever had a question 🙂
