I was listening to CBC radio March 4th and you spoke of a Brussel sprout recipe I can’t find. finely sliced sprouts, flat leaf parsley , roasted almonds, olive oil, mustard, yogurt. How did you throw this all together? I tried to re- listen to Sheryl Makay but there was trouble with the website. Thanks Jean

Doesn’t cooking at high temps destroy the enzymes? I’m loving all the fresh, organic food but am not sure about how much I should cook it! Thanks.
