I used olive oil for the tart crust as you recommended, but since this is an old post I was wondering with what would you substitute it today? Ghee? Coconut oil (not sure if the taste of it would fit?). Please let me know, I’d love to make this again!! Oh and congratulations…on your bun in the oven 😉
